2. Track Your Progress

Building a weight loss program is not just one and done. At The Longevity Lab, we schedule regular check-ins with you throughout your weight loss journey to track your progress and fine-tune your plan as we learn more about what weight loss looks like for you and your body. 

One tool we use to track your progress is the Lumen Metabolism Tracker. This device works a bit like a breathalyzer. Throughout the day, you will breathe into your Lumen device. Using data from your CO2 levels, this device is paired with an app that gives you recommendations to improve your metabolic health in real time. 

3. Maintain Your Results

This may come last on the list, but maintaining your results after weight loss can be the most difficult part of even the best weight loss program. At The Longevity Lab, we have a couple of safeguards for this. 

For many of our clients, we recommend including bio-identical hormone therapy as part of their weight loss plan. When your hormones are at their optimal levels, treatments like medical weight loss (these often impact other hormones in your body) are much more successful. 

We also help our clients maintain their results with our nutritional counseling. Just as you have to change your diet in order to lose weight, you also need to commit to a diet that will help you maintain your weight after you have completed weight loss. Our practitioners can help you create a diet that trains your body to convert food into energy, not into fat stores.
